International Oscar Submissions: Nepal, Singapore, Israel, Romania, South Korea, Chile and More Join the List

Romania has selected the Cannes Palme d’Or winner Fjord as its official submission for the Academy Award for international feature film. Chile is putting forward The Meltdown, which screened in the Un Certain Regard section at Cannes.
