1:1 text or video chat with random people. The entire core product is free and stays that way — anonymous, unrecorded, skip-any-time.
No email, no phone, no social login. 18+ confirm is the entire onboarding.
Nothing to sell — we don’t keep transcripts, profiles, or behavioral logs.
Report, block, and moderation are never paywalled. They’re table stakes.
Straight answer, no fine print.
Pairing is free. Text chat is free. Video chat is free. Skip / End / Report are free. The anonymous confession feed is free. No "you get 3 chats a day" cap.
Agyata is ad-supported so the core product can stay free. Ads may appear on the feed, on landing pages, and in the chat surface itself. A future Agyata+ subscription will remove ads for paying users — the same chat experience, nothing added, just nothing interrupting.
An optional subscription unlocks: no ads, soft pairing preferences, and a couple of cosmetic features. It never gates core chat. v1.1 and beyond.
Yes. The entire core product — confession feed, text chat, video chat — is free. No trial, no daily limit, no "upgrade to continue" dialog.
Ads across the site (feed, landing pages, chat surfaces) and a future optional Agyata+ subscription that removes ads. That is the only monetisation. We do not sell user data because we do not have user data worth selling — no accounts, no transcripts, no behavior logs.
No. Agyata runs in any modern browser. An Android Trusted Web Activity wrapper is on the roadmap; iOS is a browser PWA (no App Store submission in v1).
No. Free users and future paid users share the same pairing pool, the same moderation, the same safety tools. Agyata+ is a convenience tier, not a quality tier.
No per-user cap in v1. If total concurrent video chats exceed our free-tier TURN budget, the worst case is a longer connect time for a short period — not a cutoff.
