Community Guidelines
The short version
Be 18 or older. Be a person, not a bot. Don't harass. Don't post or solicit sexual content involving minors (we will ban and report you). Don't share anyone's personal information without consent. Don't promote self-harm. Don't scam. That's most of it.
18+ is binding
Agyata is an adult platform. If you are under 18, you are not allowed to use Agyata — not in a "we prefer you didn't" way; you must not. If we discover a user is under 18, we terminate the session and remove their content. If you believe you are interacting with a user under 18, press Report immediately — we treat it as a P0.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Any content sexualising or endangering minors results in an immediate permanent ban, preservation of evidence (via on-device perceptual hashing, not imagery), and referral to the relevant authorities including NCMEC where applicable. Attempting to solicit such content is treated identically to sharing it. This policy has no exceptions.
Harassment and targeted abuse
Targeted harassment — persistent messaging designed to alarm, degrade, or threaten — is banned. Threats of violence or self-harm toward a specific person are banned. Hate speech targeting protected characteristics is banned. If a room's messages trip our abuse classifier three times, the room auto-ends. Repeat offenders are banned at the session layer.
Doxing, privacy violations, deanonymisation
Don't share real names, addresses, phone numbers, employer details, or other personally identifying information about another user — or about any real person — without their clear consent. Don't ask other users to reveal identifying information. Don't attempt to deanonymise other Agyata users through external channels.
Sexual content
Explicit sexual content directed at another user without their consent is not allowed. Unsolicited sexual imagery in video chat is grounds for immediate ban. Note that this is a 1:1 anonymous platform; mutual consensual adult interaction between two verified-adult users is outside what we police, but coercion, non-consent, or any content involving someone who may be under 18 is an immediate ban.
Self-harm
If you're in crisis: please reach out to a crisis line in your country — for example, iCall in India (+91 9152987821), Samaritans in the UK (116 123), 988 in the US. On Agyata, posts glorifying or instructing self-harm are auto-hidden. Posts expressing distress are not — we want people to feel able to share what they're going through, and the supportive reactions (hug, listen, strength) exist for that. Don't attack users in distress.
Spam, scams, advertising
Unsolicited commercial messages in chat are banned. Promoting cryptocurrency scams, investment schemes, or "meet me off-platform" phishing is banned. Repeated low-effort posts on the feed are auto-filtered.
Bots and automation
Agyata is for conversations between humans. Running automated sessions, using AI agents to stand in for you, or attempting to scrape the platform is banned. We enforce this through rate limiting and behavioural signals.
Evading bans
If we ban your session and you create a new one to come back, the new session is also banned. We match on device fingerprint signals, not just cookies. Evasion is itself a violation.
How we enforce
Report buttons are in every confession and every chat. Reports are reviewed by human ops operators using our triage CLI. Actions include: auto-hide, manual takedown, session ban, device-fingerprint ban, and escalation to authorities for CSAM or credible threats. Appeals go to appeals@agyata.com.
