Safety and abuse reports
In-product Report buttons are the fastest path — they carry evidence and land on the moderation triage queue directly. For anything a Report button cannot cover (off-platform threats, legal notices, sensitive escalations) email safety@agyata.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours; P0 cases within 1 hour.
Support and general questions
For anything that is not urgent safety, email ops@agyata.com. There is no chatbot on the other end. We are small; we read everything; we reply as fast as we can (usually within 48 hours on weekdays).
Press and partnerships
Press inquiries, integration partnerships, or media questions: ops@agyata.com with "Press" in the subject line. We will route to the right person.
Legal notices (DMCA, subpoenas, takedowns)
Legal notices: legal@agyata.com. The formal DMCA process will be documented on our Policies page once counsel finalises it (see Policies). For urgent legal matters before the policy pages ship, email legal@agyata.com and reference the URL or content in question.
What we cannot do over email
We cannot retrieve messages from past chats — they were never saved. We cannot identify users behind handles to third parties without a valid legal process. We cannot enable messaging between specific users on request.
