Safety and abuse reports
Email safety@agyata.com for abuse in comments, unsafe content, legal notices, or any sensitive escalation, and include the link to the page in question. We aim to respond within 24 hours; urgent cases within 1 hour.
Support and general questions
For anything that is not urgent safety, email ops@agyata.com. There is no chatbot on the other end. We are small; we read everything; we reply as fast as we can (usually within 48 hours on weekdays).

What we cannot do over email
We cannot identify the person behind a comment handle to third parties without a valid legal process. Commenters do not give us a name, and the only email addresses we hold are those of newsletter subscribers, so most "who posted this" requests resolve as "we do not have that information."
