Who we are trying to protect
Agyata is an adult-oriented news site. We pay the most attention to readers being harassed in comments, readers being targeted for their identity, and any content that sexualises or endangers minors.
Reporting
To report a comment, a story, or anything unsafe, email safety@agyata.com with the link. Reports are read by real humans. For child-safety concerns see /child-safety-standards; for copyright see /dmca; for factual errors see /corrections.
Abuse detection
Comments on stories pass a Workers AI text classifier and are moderated before and after they appear. Content that breaks our community guidelines is hidden or removed.
Bans and evasion
Repeat abusers can be blocked by session. Clearing cookies may start a new session, and evading a block is itself a violation.
What we keep and what we do not
Comments are kept with a random handle, a session identifier, and a timestamp. Reports keep the evidence needed to review them. The only email addresses we hold are those of newsletter subscribers. See /privacy for the full list.
