Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah laid the foundation stone for the world’s largest curd manufacturing plant in Kolkata on Monday. The plant, set to process 10 lakh litres of milk daily, will benefit 1.2 lakh milk producers and livestock rearers.
