Chelsea Learn Final Transfer Decision on Ex-Arsenal Star

Chelsea have learned the final transfer decision on their bid for ex-Arsenal star, with the Black Cats issuing a hands-off warning to their Premier League rivals. The Swiss midfielder was keen on a return to London, but the move has fallen apart. According to sources, Chelsea lodged an £8million bid for the midfielder, but it was rebuffed by the Black Cats. The midfielder will now remain at the Stadium of Light once and for all, with no agreement between the two clubs.
