Pathos AI Inc. raised $237 million in a Series E round today at a $3 billion valuation. Bristol Myers Squibb Co. led the investment, which included backers such as AstraZeneca plc, NEA and General Atlantic. CEO Iker Huerga stated the funds will finance drug development, specifically the JSKN016 cancer therapy program. The company will also pay Tempus AI Inc. $55 million over five years for neurological patient data.
