Gekko.app Takes Aim at Established Stock Research Platforms With Free Advanced Analysis for 3,500 US Stocks
A New Zealand financial technology firm has launched free stock profile pages covering 3,500 of the largest US-listed companies by market value. Gekko.app says the pages require no registration or subscription and combine price charts, fundamentals, valuation estimates, insider and congressional trading data, unusual options activity, and AI-generated company briefs in one place. The platform assigns each stock a smart-money rating that classifies it into zones from buying and accumulation to distribution and selling. Founder Jared Mann says the goal is to give active traders a single research destination instead of forcing them to jump between disconnected websites. The free pages also act as an entry point to a paid platform covering more than 5,800 US stocks and exchange-traded funds, offered through a seven-day trial without a credit card. For everyday retail traders, the move lowers the cost of accessing institutional-style analytics that previously sat behind paywalls or required multiple subscriptions. The company says data is refreshed after each US market session.
